Payments for products and orders on this website are non-refundable. However, you have the option to cancel your order at any time as long as we haven’t started the shipping process. If you cancel your order before shipping begins, you will receive a full refund. This is usually within 30 minutes of placing your order. After we accept your order and start processing it, you will not be able to cancel your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders if you do not comply with our Terms. Additionally, we may cancel an order for a product at any time for various reasons. If we are unable to accept your order or supply you with a product, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. In such cases, no payment will be taken, or if a payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.
